The rumors about Me taking over Passive Arts are true,  There was a lot of damage done by the fire at Passive Arts, and now the insurance company is doing their estimates so that reconstruction can
start, which we hope can start in the next couple weeks. The executors of the estate were well aware of the work that John and I did together and expressed to Me that it was their wish that the legacy of Passive
Arts be put into the hands of someone who was capable of continuing that legacy, and that they believed that to be Me.

I am estimating that it is going to be 90 days or more before the reconstruction will be finished and we will be able to open. There will be a big party at Sanctuary in Reseda to celebrate it's 10 years of being there,and a big grand opening of Sanctuary's new home near LAX. The LAX location will re-open as Sanctuary Studios LAX.

Due to My busy schedule, I am now booking new sessions in advance rather than on a same day basis. As many of you know, it is sometimes difficult to reach Me. If I am shooting content, or in session, I do not answer the phone, and due to My involvement in The Los Angeles Leather Coalition and Community, My time is limited. I was named as an Honoree by Christopher Street West )CSW) and presented The Connie Norman Award for Community Leadership at The Mayor's Brunch on June 3rd.  I was also honored at The Mayor's Reception to kick off L.A.'s Pride Weekend, and had My own convertible in the Parade that featured 138 entries !!! It was a pleasant surprise to learnthat I being honored with The Connie Norman Award for Community Service and Leadership by CSW and LA Peide. The award will be oresentedat a special Mayors Banquest and I will be in the 2007 LA Pride Parade as an Honoree !!!
On March 30th, The Los Angeles Leather Coalition presented Me with The 2007 Mentor of The Year Award at The Southland Honors Awards during Los Angeles Leather Pride Weekend March 30th though April 1st. It was an Honor to receive the award from Mr Brian Dawson, and I am very proud to continually "give back" to The Community I love.
The Los Angeles Leather Coalition presented Me with The 2006 Fundraiser of The Year Award at The Southland Honors Awards Banquet during Los Angeles Leather Pride Weekend March 31st though April 2nd. This was a great honor and I appreciate everyone's support over the years !!  
The Pantheon of Leather Awards honored Me with The Community Choice Award for Women this past moth in Chicago .it means a lot to Me since it is an award tat is voted on by The Leather Commuity. Thank you to all who voted, I appreciate your support.

On Saturday, November 12th, I hosted My Sixth Annual Thanksgiving Slave Auction for Charity at Dragonsgate Studios, the dungeon of Mistress Jordan in Orange County. The turnout of almost 90 people was not a surprise as the event always draws well, however, the amount of donations WAS a surprise !!! The Southern California BDSM Community once again showed it's caring and compassion with record-setting donations despite all the donations earlier this year for the Katrina victims.  The donations, which included almost 3000 cans of food, more than 500 pounds of dry goods, more than 60 blankets, a nice coat, diapers, baby clothes, a baby stroller, a baby car carrier, two infant exercisers, five $10 Gift Certificates and $320 in cash, were distributed to The Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) in North Hollywood and The Christ Chapel in North Hollywood.
